A new opportunity has arisen for a Senior Architectural Technician with at least 5 years’ experience, to join a well-established Architectural Practice located on the outskirts of Birmingham. Ideally the candidate will be a confident and proficient user of Revit and will have experience in several different project sectors. These include student accommodation and high rise residential, education, ministry of defence, ministry of justice, commercial, blue light and residential. Due to an influx in work load they need somebody who shows confidence, initiative and who can run and manage projects, efficiently according to the standards required. Our client work closely with the CIAT board and give the support and guidance in achieving chartership.
