If you are a finance professional looking to take the next step in your career, we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:As a Finance Clerk, your role is diverse and offers a broad range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.Reconciliation: Manage various accounts, ensuring accuracy and consistency.Invoicing: Proficiently handle invoicing processes, maintaining a systematic approach.Payment Processing: Ensure timely and accurate processing of payments.Budgeting: Assist with budgeting and financial planning.Cash Flow Management: Contribute to fundamental cash flow management procedures.Collaboration: Work closely with the accountant dedicated to VAT matters.Data Entry: Accurate data entry and maintenance of financial records.Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards.Qualifications and Experience:We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications and attributes:Substantial experience in finance and accounting, with proficiency in Xero and spreadsheet applications.An AAT qualification is beneficial but not essential.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team.Willingness to take on new challenges and learn.Note:This role is office-based in Worcester. While it currently focuses on tasks such as invoicing and payment processing, it offers the opportunity to grow into more advanced financial responsibilities, including budgeting and cash flow management.
