Joining this esteemed team offers a unique opportunity to contribute to industry innovation and progress.Role Overview: As a Property Administrator, you will provide key support to the Estates Director, ensuring smooth daily operations. We are seeking an individual with a background in property, preferably with experience in estate agents, property sales, lettings, or commercial property.Responsibilities:1. Hardcopy and Softcopy Filing:• Conduct dead filing to create space in current filing cabinets.• Manage ongoing hardcopy and softcopy filing.2. Reception:• Field calls related to utilities, sites, and general inquiries.3. Record Keeping:• Maintain records of utility contract suppliers, end dates, and rates.• Record meter numbers and MPAN numbers for all utilities.4. Estate Management:• Check weekly timesheets for subcontractors.• Scan and process weekly invoices for approval.• Maintain key dates for tenancies, notifying relevant authorities of changes.5. Statutory Compliance:• Ensure compliance for Estate properties, including EPC, EICR, Gas Safe, etc.• Renew contracts for utilities and monitor usage.6. Facilities Management:• Oversee maintenance, repairs, and cleaning • Coordinate landscaping, window cleaning, and irrigation system management.• Monitor expenses and renew contracts for utilities 7. Health and Safety:• Arrange various safety assessments and drills.• Address points identified in reports promptly.8. Commercial Property:• Manage key dates for tenancies.• Liaise with agents and oversee invoices, repairs, and statutory requirements.9.
