A luxury, high-end house builder is seeking a knowledgeable Quantity Surveyor to join their new site in Nottinghamshire. This is a full-time permanent position offering an excellent opportunity for professional growth in a dynamic environment.
Role Overview:
Position: Quantity Surveyor
Location: Nottinghamshire
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Circa £40k - £55k plus package
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee all aspects of quantity surveying on the new site.
Ensure projects are completed within deadlines, maintaining high standards of work.
Adapt to different situations and contribute to the implementation of new systems.
Required Skills:
Prioritisation & Organisation: Ability to manage a varied and deadline-driven role.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Technical Proficiency: Confident in using MS Office programs.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to different situations in a dynamic work environment.
