A new and exciting opportunity has a risen for a Principle Designer.
Our client is a well-established Practice, their office is situated on the edge of Northampton with easy access to M1 Junctions 15, 15A and 16. The company consists of Architects, Interior Designers and Principal Designers, with circa 30 members of staff.
Owned and managed by 3 Partners, all of whom take an active role in designing and delivering projects; bringing a passion for high-quality design and service to their Clients; creating a friendly, collaborative and enjoyable working environment; and providing flexibility and autonomy for staff to flourish with technical and design support from the wider team.
Working across lots of different sectors (Logistics, Education, Research & Development, Offices, Leisure, Community, Hotels, Sports, Civic, Industrial, Mixed-Use, Interiors, Master-Planning, etc) which creates fantastic opportunities for personal development and stimulating project experience, with project values from £500,000 to over £200 million.
The ability to have good REVIT skills is essential, as the vast majority of their projects are undertaken using this software, other computer software's such as AutoCAD, Lumion, Sketch-up and InDesign, so experience of these is desirable.
Working from their single office which creates an amazing team-spirit, with everyone supporting the Practice ethos, reinforced by lots of social and well-being activities and events.
