We are working with a national house builder to recruit a Land Manager for their West Midlands region.
Role Overview:
This team identifies and secures the best locations for new developments in a fast-paced, highly competitive market. The role demands both commercial acumen and creativity—spotting opportunities, including land without planning consent, while assessing risk and building strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential development opportunities through research, contacts, and market insight.
Manage site acquisitions from identification and due diligence through to planning and pre-start.
Collaborate with internal departments and external consultants during land appraisals and planning.
Maintain and develop key relationships with land agents, landowners, and stakeholders.
Support senior management on major projects and ensure timely, accurate reporting.
Contribute to community engagement and uphold company values and procedures.
