Engineering Manager

We are recruiting for an Engineering Manager to join a house builder based in Northampton.
Main Duties:
Prepare viability and detailed civil engineering designs to resolve technical issues and support site appraisals.
Produce adoptable Section 38 and 104 road and drainage designs and associated tender information.
Coordinate with environmental, geotechnical and foundation consultants to address ground, contamination and foundation solutions.
Advise on housing layouts, SUDs and value engineering, and develop road, sewer, levels and drainage designs in liaison with approving authorities.
Assemble and manage the full civil engineering design package, support the discharge of engineering-related planning and building conditions, and attend project meetings as required.
Manage and lead a team of engineers while ensuring compliance with company procedures.
