TH Recruit is excited to be partnered with a reputable Design, Planning and Engineering Consultancy as they look to recruit a number of professionals across the business.

People are critical to their success and they are keen to identify further talent to bring into the business. Ideally, they are looking to recruit an Architectural Technician / Technical Coordinatoron a full-time permanent basis.

Primarily, the person they are seeking will be responsible for collating planning applications and producing housing layouts, materials plans, and coloured presentation layouts. Experience in AutoCAD is a must. You will be required to demonstrate project experience within the residential sector, specifically new build residential development.

The team works on an agile basis and meet fortnightly for project reviews.

In return for your passionate approach to design, coupled with your commendable work ethic, they are offering a competitive salary between £30,000 - £40,000 p.a. negotiable dependent on individual experience.
